1. About these terms

These terms cover the WarrantyDaddy website and hosted vault, operated by AlorFuture Holdings. Read them with our privacy policy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be an adult able to enter into this agreement where you live.

2. What the service provides

WarrantyDaddy helps organize purchase information, documents, recorded dates, and claim drafts. Use only the features shown as available in your account. Preview descriptions and planned features are not a promise of current availability. WarrantyDaddy does not issue or extend product warranties, provide insurance, decide legal rights, or guarantee registration, repairs, refunds, replacements, or claim approval. The responsible manufacturer, retailer, service provider, and applicable law determine those matters.

3. Your account

Give us accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and let support know if you suspect unauthorized access. Use only accounts and documents you are entitled to access. We may ask for reasonable evidence of account ownership before changing access or responding to a data request. We may restrict access when needed to address fraud, unlawful use, or a concrete security threat; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

4. Membership, trials, and renewal

Paid features require an active subscription. There is no ongoing free plan. Where offered, eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day trial. Creating an account alone does not start a trial. Before purchase, the payment provider displays the plan, price, billing period, eligibility, and renewal terms for you to confirm. The planned US offers are $5 monthly and $49 annually; the price displayed at checkout governs your purchase. Payment processing and taxes follow the provider’s terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. For an Apple purchase, manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel an Apple trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. Deleting the app or your WarrantyDaddy account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Request Apple refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility depends on Apple’s process and applicable law. Nothing here removes any mandatory refund or cancellation rights.

After membership ends, existing records remain available to read and export and originals remain available to download, while adding and processing items requires renewed access. Account deletion is separate. No charge or trial begins until you confirm an available purchase flow.

5. Your documents and AI permission

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, display, and deliver that content only as needed to provide the features you request and operate the service, as explained in the privacy policy. Upload only content you are authorized to use; do not fabricate receipts or misrepresent a purchase, defect, or claim.

AI reading is optional and requires permission for the selected batch. When you allow it, the selected files and their contents are sent to OpenAI to extract information. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important facts against the originals before relying on a date, summary, or draft. A queued upload has not necessarily been processed. Keep separate copies of documents you cannot afford to lose.

6. Claims, messages, and registrations

Preparing a draft does not send it or submit a claim. Review the recipient, evidence, statements, and requested remedy before sharing or sending anything. A saved product is not registered merely because it appears in your vault. Any available mailbox or registration service must be separately configured and used through its supported flow. We cannot guarantee that another company accepts a registration, replies, honors a warranty, or provides a particular outcome.

7. Use the service responsibly

Do not use WarrantyDaddy for unlawful activity, forged evidence, impersonation, harassment, spam, malicious files, unauthorized access, or attempts to evade account and storage controls. Respect the rights and privacy of other people. Published file and storage limits apply. We may reject content or requests that cannot be safely processed and explain the available next step when practicable.

8. Privacy, export, and deletion

Our privacy policy explains account data, uploaded files, providers, security, and retention. Before deleting your account, export the records and download the original files you want to keep; a records export does not include every original. Live records are removed after required connected-provider steps succeed. Backup copies follow the disclosed retention rules. If a provider step fails or you cannot access your account, contact support.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service useful and dependable, but interruptions, processing failures, and third-party outages can happen. The service cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect AI accuracy, successful notifications, or a product remedy. We will explain material service or term changes through an appropriate notice and update this page. A new price or billing term will be presented through the applicable subscription provider; it is not imposed retroactively by editing this page.

10. Your rights and the iOS license

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be limited under the rules that apply to you. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive class-action rights. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law.

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the license to the iPhone and iPad app. These service terms govern the hosted WarrantyDaddy service and do not replace that app license. Apple’s purchase and subscription terms also apply to transactions billed by Apple.
