Account or sign-in trouble?

Use the email and password you chose for your WarrantyDaddy account. Include your account email, device model, app version, and a short description when contacting support. Never send your password or payment card details.

Password reset by email is not available yet. Contact support if you cannot sign in; we will need to verify ownership before making account changes.

Manage your membership

For an Apple subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WarrantyDaddy. You can also open Account → Membership in the app. Cancel an eligible trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal.

If a purchase is missing, use Restore purchases while signed in to the WarrantyDaddy account used to buy it. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Find your originals

Open an item in your vault to view or download its receipt and warranty files. AI results should be checked against these originals. A waiting status means the files are saved but have not been processed; it does not mean a warranty has been registered.

Your data, on your terms

Open Account → Privacy & security to export your records or delete your account. Download any original files you want to keep before deletion. If you cannot access your account, email us with your request.

Need a repair or replacement?

WarrantyDaddy helps organize your evidence and prepare a claim draft. The manufacturer or retailer decides coverage. Review the applicable warranty and contact the company responsible for your product. A saved draft is not a submitted claim.
